Dragan Damjanovic Named UFFC-S Incoming President-Elect

Dragan Damjanovic, head of the School of Engineering's Group for Ferroelectrics and Functional Oxideshas been named the IEEE Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control Society (UFFC-S) President-Elect.
IEEE is the largest professional society in the world. It consists of about 40 technical societies one of which is Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics and Frequency Control Society. Each society is run by volunteers and has its president.
As President-Elect, Damjanovic will serve a two-year term from 1 January 1 2022 to 31 December 2023. Following this term, Damjanovic will become President of the society, serving a two-year term from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.
