Salima Naji is honoured with the Dedalo Minosse International Prize 2025, XIII Edition, Mention Fondazione Pistoletto & Fondazione Città dell’Arte
EPFL Architecture congratulates Dr Salima Naji, a practising DPLG architect and Ph. D. in Anthropology from EHESS (Paris), as well as a visiting lecturer at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland, on her most recent distinction: the Dedalo Minosse International Prize 2025, XIII Edition, Mention Fondazione Pistoletto & Fondazione Città dell’Arte.
After being honoured in 2025 with the Global award for sustainable architecture, and in 2024 the Grande Médaille d’Or de l’Académie d’Architecture de France and the XIV Philippe Rotthier European Prize for Vernacular Architecture – Revival of Vernacular Techniques Mention, Salima Naji has now received the Mention Fondazione Pistoletto Cittadellarte ONLUS (Vicenza) & Fondazione Città dell’Arte as part of the International Prize Dedalo Minosse for Commissioning a Building, for her project: REVITALISATION OF THE CITADEL OF AGADIR OUFELLA, CABLEWAY AND PUBLIC FACILITIES, FOOTBRIDGES INSIDE MONUMENT. Agadir, Morocco (2017–22).

The Dedalo Minosse International Prizes are highly prestigious Italian architecture awards presented at Palladio’s Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza, with the accompanying exhibition held in the Basilica Palladiana. The Prize is awarded biennially by a jury that includes internationally renowned architects, writers, art historians, journalists, industry executives, and planning officials. Additional prizes are awarded by ALA-Assoarchitetti and by Dedalo-Minosse patrons.
