Computational Thinking at The Lab 1.0

The EPFL Science Outreach Department opens new workshops for youths at the Lab 1.0, on Saturdays.
Lab 1.0 aims to offer the opportunity to develop 8 to 16 years old youths' thinking and creation skills through workshops on electronics, computer science and robotics. The activities will introduce the basic principles of computational thinking by focusing on solving problems in a fun way. Learning to hypothesize about the solutions to the problems, dividing and stating a problem that may seem difficult in problems that we know how to solve are among the objectives of Lab 1.0 workshops . These transdisciplinary skills help also to better understand and use current technologies.
The first workshops will begin on April! Other workshops will follow.
