Deep level trapped defect analysis in CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite solar cells by deep level transient spectroscopy

Perovskite solar cells (PSC) have revolutionised PV research and hold the potential to lead the scenario of near-future
low-cost energy generation enabling the global transition to a low-carbon society. We found fewer defects in the cuboid
prepared perovskite sample compared to that using the one-step deposition method, demonstrating the influence of deposition techniques.
