Following Joe Biden's announcement in early May to lift patents on covid vaccines, the debate is heating up. Are patents really the main obstacle to accelerating global vaccination?
Is this the magic solution or just a communication stunt by the American authorities, now that the European and North American markets have already placed their orders?
