Call for Papers: 'Public Space: the Real and the Ideal'

5th Biennial Conference of the International Society for the Philosophy of Architecture

The International Society for the Philosophy of Architecture (ISPA) is thrilled to announce its 5th Biennial conference, set to take place from the 2nd to the 5th of August 2020 at Monte Verità, Switzerland. This edition, organized in collaboration between the EPFL (Lausanne) and ETH (Zürich), is dedicated to the topic Public Space: the Real and the Ideal.

We invite philosophers, architectural theorists, architects, urban planners, urban designers, landscape architects, and all those interested to submit an extended abstract of 300-500 words by the 16th of February, 2020. The full Call for Papers can be found attached.
