Prof. de Rassenfosse was invited in Le Point J, a podcast by the RTS, to discuss the question of patents and access to COVID vaccines.
As the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccines is slower than planned in most countries, and as many developing countries still do not have access to vaccines, the question of whether patents represent a barrier to the adoption of COVID vaccines is a legitimate one.
