Advanced micro-/nanofabrication demo for highschool students

At the information day 2017 at EPFL, high-school students experienced a live demonstration of micro/nanofabrication at the Microsystems Laboratory.
Every year during the information day at EPFL, the Microsystems Laboratory welcomes highschool students from Switzerland and abroad to demonstrate cutting-edge nanofabrication techniques. This year we took pictures with the students, which were then transferred within a few minutes into a temperature sensitive resist by a thermal scanning probe lithography tool. This technique allows to create greyscale patterns with sub-10 nm resolution at a patterning speed exceeding 1mm/s.
