A new agreement with publisher ACM starting January 2026

The EPFL Library has expanded its portfolio of publisher agreements with a new one. Since January 2026, EPFL affiliated authors can now publish free of charge and without limits in all journals, magazines, and conference proceedings of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).
To benefit from the agreement, the corresponding author must be affiliated with EPFL, and the research must have been conducted at EPFL.
The article must also be accepted for publication on or after January 1st, 2026.
Since January 2026, all ACM publications have transitioned to open access. This agreement therefore also ensures continued reading access to the ACM Digital Library.
