The Research Office (ReO) is happy to start off 2015 on the right foot by promoting its services!
During 2015, 26 collaborators will assist you with the pre-award and award phases of your research projects and will help you in financing and acquiring your research equipment.
For the pre-award phases, ReO will help to check your eligibility, and to support you in the administrative tasks and the preparation of your applications.
For the award phases, the department provides support with legal issues on consortium agreements and the validation of contracts with the institutional signature.
In addition to these services, ReO will offer training sessions to keep you updated on the most important aspects for preparing your applications.
In 2014, over 1500 customers contacted ReO for assistance, over 800 of which were members of EPFL. Grant agreements were signed for 512 projects, representing more than CHF 163 Mio. ReO also financed more than CHF 23 Mio of research equipment for centers, platforms, workshops and labs.
