The CDM organized its annual event at the Academy of Management conference (AOM) which was held in Vancouver, Canada this year.

The conference, which celebrated its 75th edition this year brings together more than 10’000 students, PhD students, researchers, faculty members and other professionals in management. It was held this year on the Pacific coast, between August 7 and 11, 2015.
On this occasion, the CDM, which organizes almost every year a “Swiss Luncheon”, laid on a first-rate meal allowing the researchers affiliated to the College to meet.
Being the biggest conference in the field of management, the AOM attracted a large contingent of CDM researchers (namely: professors Chris Tucci, Marc Gruber, Kenneth Younge and Anu Wadhwa, Dr. Tilo Peters, director of theMoT program, postdocs Mary Jean Bürer and Lorenzo Massa and PhD Students Giada Baldessarelli, Nettra Pan, Giovanni Liotta and Olivier Waeber) who met in the 360° room of the Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel with a view of the ocean and the Rockies.
The guests really appreciated the exchange possibilities, the delicious food, and the warm welcome by the CDM researchers.
The annual conference took place at the Vancouver Convention Centre and surrounding hotels. This year’s main theme was « Opening Governance », inviting members to consider opportunities to improve the effectiveness and creativity of organizations by restructuring systems at the highest organizational levels.
