Retrospective 2012: IC School's Teaching awards

The 11th of December 2012, Professor André Schiper has rewarded some members of the School of Computer and Communication Sciences for their outstanding teaching skills.






Professor Paolo Ienne directing the Processor Architecture Laboratory has received the IC Teaching award 2012 for his outstanding teaching skills.
According to the students, Professor Ienne is "full of enthusiasm", "reliable", "very well-organized" and "gives clear explanations". To sum up, he is "TOP," say the students.


Michele Catasta from the Distributed Information Systems Laboratory has received the outstanding Teaching Assistant IC Award 2012.



Heather Miller from the Programming Methods Laboratory has received the outstanding Teaching Assistant IC Award 2012.



Mingfu Shao from the Laboratory for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics has received the outstanding Teaching Assistant IC Award 2012.



Friedemann Zenke from the Laboratory of Computational Neuroscience has received the outstanding Teaching Assistant IC Award 2012.



Maxime Augier from the Laboratory for cryptologic algorithms has received a Certificate of appreciation for the exemplary work as teaching assistant.



Igor Bilogrevic from the Laboratory for Communications and Applications has received a Certificate of appreciation for the exemplary work as teaching assistant.



Marc Desgroseilliers from the Information Theory Laboratory has received a Certificate of appreciation for the exemplary work as teaching assistant.



Saeid Haghighatshoar from the Mobile Communications Laboratory has received a Certificate of appreciation for the exemplary work as teaching assistant.



Albrecht Johannes Lindner from the Image and Visual Representation Group has received a Certificate of appreciation for the exemplary work as teaching assistant.



Andrea Miele from the Laboratory for cryptologic algorithms has received a Certificate of appreciation for the exemplary work as teaching assistant.



Zarko Milosevic from the Distributed Systems Laboratory has received a Certificate of appreciation for the exemplary work as teaching assistant.



Nishanth Nair from the Laboratory for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics has received a Certificate of appreciation for the exemplary work as teaching assistant.



Neda Salamati from the Image and Visual Representation Group has received a Certificate of appreciation for the exemplary work as teaching assistant.



The Software Engineering TA team has been extraordinarily dedicated and invested a gigantic effort. Their names are Silviu Andrica, Stefan Bucur, Vitaly Chipounov, Baris Kasikci, Jonas Wagner and Cristian Zamfir, and they have received a Certificate of appreciation.
