Master student in Financial Engineering, Jagoda Mulewicz, has been chosen among many applicants to receive the 2024 Realstone Sustainable Scholarship.

To advance sustainable finance, Realstone SA, a Swiss real estate investment firm dedicated to fostering sustainability and innovation in collaboration with the Swiss Finance Institute at EPFL, has granted the "Realstone Sustainable Finance Scholarship" to Jagoda Mulewicz, a first-year master’s student. This scholarship honors Jagoda's excellent academic achievements during her bachelor's studies and her deep understanding and commitment to sustainable finance. This award is funded by a generous donation of CHF 20,000 from Realstone, providing CHF 5,000 per semester throughout her master’s program.

Jagoda’s journey intertwines her academic and professional pursuits to explore finance’s impact on society and sustainability. Her passion for finance and policy was sparked in high school and deepened through a bachelor’s in Computer Science and Econometrics, where she excelled academically and analyzed EU carbon pricing, advocating for carbon taxes and ETS to drive clean technology investment. Professionally, she supported startups at the University of Warsaw’s Incubator and gained insights into corporate finance, wealth management, and ESG strategies at Santander Bank Poland. Now in Switzerland, she continues to advance her expertise, aiming to foster sustainable and equitable economic growth with the support of the Realstone Sustainable Finance Scholarship.
