Within the framework of the ITIL project initiated by the VPSI, we are pleased to announce that the EPFL Information System portal has now been updated.

From now on, after identification in Gaspar (link at the bottom right of the page), you can ask for help on a problem or put a question on line. A ticket is then automatically created, and the Help Desk then takes care of processing it or re-directing it to the appropriate team.

All requests for help or reporting of incidents can be followed on line from the main portal page by clicking on the “My Requests” tab.

Depending on the rights of the user, it’s possible to submit standard requests from the presentation page of a given service.

You can consult this article on the new functionalities of the portal and access our knowledge base for all questions on computing issues.

This service catalogue will be expanded soon with new services and functionalities, to provide you with a comprehensive view of computing within the School.
