Nano Frazor (NF) -- New facility installed!!!

The Microsystems Laboratory is pleased to host the brand-new NanoFrazor from Swisslitho GmbH. The new thermal probe tool has been funded by SNF R’equip and EPFL and is part of a joint proposal involving the groups of G. Villanueva, G. Fantner, A. Kis, F. Stellacci, and J. Brugger.
The NanoFrazor is currently installed and used for first experiments. It is part of EPFL's Center for Micro/Nanofabrication (CMI). Please contact Prof. Juergen Brugger if you are interested in collaboration.
