Deepfake Booth at AI for Good and EHF 2025

Dr. Quentin Bammey presented the Deepfake Booth at the AI for Good summit and the European Humanitarian Forum (EHF).
With the rise of generative AI, deepfakes have started to disrupt our personal and professional lives. They can be used for many malicious purposes, including disinformation, fraud and scams. To raise awareness of the real-life consequences of deepfakes, IVRL (Quentin Bammey) and Mediacom (Gaël Hurlimann, Paul Madélénat) developed the Deepfake Booth in collaboration with the International Committee of the Red Cross. In this immersive, interactive environment, participants can dive into a world of deepfakes and experience what it means to face them.
We are happy to have presented this Deepfake Booth at the European Humanitarian Forum and the AI for Good summit!
