The Junior Research Fellowship funding is granted for a fixed duration of 24 months, for a maximum total of EUR 120 K

As the number of applications from EPFL is limited to 0-4, the research office will coordinate the internal selection process.
The AXA Research Fund has decided to support research on risks that they are or may be covering in the future.
Life risks / Socio-economic risks / Environmental risks
Applications should tackle one of the eligible research fields relying on several of the following approaches:
- Risk identification and definition
- Risk assessment and measure
- Risk modelling
- Risk mitigation
- Decision-making processes when facing risks
- Risk prevention
